We use a print on demand service to fulfil all of our orders.
Our provider collaborates with a vast network of production and logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfilment and delivery. With a presence in over 200 countries and local production in 32 countries, our supplier leverages its network of 140+ print partners to expedite deliveries, reduce costs and carbon emissions, and support local businesses.
Due to using a print on demand service, we are also able tap into their vast number of delivery partners.

Packaging for Different Products
We use a variety of packaging methods depending on the product type and destination country. Here's a breakdown of our packaging methods for different product categories:
Apparel/Tote Bags

Smaller orders: Items are shipped in a recycled and recyclable plastic or kraft paper bag (material may vary) without tissue paper to minimise waste.

Larger orders (8+ T-shirts): Items are shipped in cardboard boxes and may be wrapped in tissue paper or bags for protection.
Mugs

Single mug orders are typically packaged as shown below.

For multiple mug orders, each mug is placed in its own protective insert within a larger cardboard box (up to 6 mugs per box).
